Manta Ray Circuit Version 1

The first version comes from the Solarbotics BEP Application 3. Please refer to the application for the solar engine and PowerSmart head circuit description. When the solar engine fires, it enables the 74HC240 (pin 19) and 74AC240 (pins 1, 19). This low signal also spins the drive motor by way of a PN2907 transistor.

Problems with version 1:
- Head is not very sensitive, requiring too great a difference in light to oscillate
- The steering motor turns too fast and does not track the light
- The drive motor turns too slow
- The solar engine is active even in the light pool, sometimes leading Manta Ray to leave the light during the competition
