Cut out two circles from blue 3mm Sintra.
Print the Sintra template.

Cut the template out and tape it onto one of the Sintra circles. Drill the holes using 7/64" drill bit.
Use the bottom circle as a template for the top. The bolts that secure the battery holders also fasten the top to the bottom. Drill the first hole and bolt the two circles togther. Then, drill the second hole and, again, bolt the circles together.
Sand the circles while bolted together.
Solder two ABcore boards with GM3 motors.

Attach the battery pack. Cover the bolt with a section of heatshrink tubing. Use wire ties to secure the motors in place.
Solder the battery packs in series. Solder a power switch and then Vcc and Gnd lines to the ABcore boards.
Solder 1/8" brass rods to the Leg Mount Pads (LMPs).
Bend the brass rod at a 90-degree angle. The measurement is 12cm from LMP to the bend, 6cm from the bend to the end.
Paint with black Plasti-coat.
Mark where the GM3s touch the top circle's underside. Use a Dremel to route the top circle, until the top fits flatly on the Turbot.
Screw the LMPs onto the GM3s. Bolt the top circle onto the Turbot.
